I was just asked to judge a Korean cooking contest on June 1st in Los Angeles. It’s sponsored by the Korean Cultural Center (location to be determined).

If you win, you get an all-expenses paid trip to Korea, and a chance to represent America amongst 20 countries in the semi-finals. This contest, and the semi-finals in Korea will be televised on KBS. The top prize is $10,000.

So, all you Korean-food loving American chefs out there (the contest is only open to non-Koreans), get your Korean food game ready.
